Master Thief Wukong
Just when I was checking all the skin lines, I thought why not give 
a "Master Thief" skin?

It's been almost 2 years and I really could use a new Wukong skin. He only gets skins once every couple of years and jhin already has the same amount of skins as wukong has recieved since release and Wukong is 4-5 years older.
