How come there isn't a Bloodmoon Diana? She sort of seems like the most logical choice for a bloodmoon skin...

Because Bloodmoon is an event in Ionia, a tale of some chick named Reina wearing a mask to scare off her demons. Akali and Shen act out the play every year, which is why they have Bloodmoon skins. Elise, Thresh, Zilean, and Kalista are all immortal, and their Bloodmoon skins are how the people of Ionia see them in their mythology.
