Wouldn't it be thematically epic if Lee Sin provided no vision?

Got a cool idea where Lee Sin should be actually blind. But to compensate, we lower E cooldown by a bit and increase it's range by 70% as well as provide 1 second vision around Lee Sin equal to its range. Those hit with true vision provide 200 range normal vision around them lingering for 2 seconds.

These numbers aren't meant to be set in stone. They are approximate not-well-though-out figures as placeholder values.

Basically Lee Sin will always be debuffed with the "Blind" effect. Whereas blinded targets are given some vision around them, i.e. Rek'Sai or Quinn Q, Lee Sin gets zero.

What'd you guys think?

um howd i know were i am or what is going on around the map hello? o.o the champion would be bad at that point unless he 100% of the time had the reksai like effect but better were it was like always having a sweeper on (highlights red for short flashes.

In DotA, another balance lever is vision radius. Some are even niche'd around it.

They also have a night/day cycle, and both night/day have different vision values on every champion.

If this were unique to Lee, I would cut his personal vision to around where his W range is. However, to compensate, we'd likely have to make him a lot more effective within that range, as Q would no longer be utilized for long distance hits without extremely good communication and follow-up.

With above, it'd also be possible to give him the Rek'sai effect. He is a very keen user of 'blind-sight'/tremorsense so far, apparently. This would mean the only 'effective' nerf would be knowing what he'd be hitting with Q, although he'd gain vision after landing it so he can judge whether or not he follows up on it.
