He should sing the very last notes from Nessun Dorma or any great opera classics.

Does he do that in the Italian version of him? Is there an Italian dubbing of League of Legend's champion?

It fits so well because "vincero" means "I will win" translated to English.

This should also be global and if you are near Karthus then it sounds like a an undead choir is harmonising with him as he belts, "VINCERO!"

Mordekaiser has his ultimate to show how he plays around with the soul of his victim in gameplay. Hecarim has ethereal horsemen to show his theme. Thresh has his passive to show how he likes to play around with souls. Karthus needs something more than he has now and it would be great if souls around him sang haunting melodies whilst he's killing people.

I want this, but I want the last note to be something different for every skin he has. His liberty skin should just be him eagle screaming and planting down a flag. His metal skin should be screamo.

I like Karthus mains. They also have the most silly "buff" suggestions that get upvoted a lot. They bring a smile.

Actually I don't play Karthus. I've played him I think once. Free week in Season 3 or 4 I can't remember.

I was just listening to Nessun Dorma and then realised how good it would be if Karthus's abilities had more singing into them. His gameplay identity should have singing as a big part of his impact in games. It would be great. Karthus just singing, killing people. The image I have in my mind is probably much more compelling to me than what I put in written text to people.
