Using what I have gathered so far from here I have created a champion that I hope has checked the following boxes

. Shuts down mobility . Is a high skill enchanter . Has a lot of cc however little to no damage.

Elias is from a race of those who live in the true Targon, the golden city the Targonian ascended glimpsed. He has 4 wings (as depictions of Seraphim for the most part two) and carries a massive staff that duals as a meelee weapon and a means of casting magic.

Passive: Paladin's Ensemble . Every third basic attack will slow the enemy by 50% for 1 second

. all allies within 550 units of Elias shall receive 300% health regen as well as 10% increased healing from all sources.

Q: Targonian Banishment Elias fires magic from his staff. Upon hitting an enemy it knocks them back 250/300/350/400/450 units. If they hit a wall (or champion made terrain like Anivia w) they take 30/55/70/95/110+(30% ability power) damage and are stunned for 1 second. They will also be stunned if they hit Fortified Defenses. Allies will gain 20% movement speed towards enemies stunned by this ability. projectile range: 600 cooldown: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9

W: Rallying Sigil Elias enchants the ground with a sigil, all allies within this area gain Paladin's Ensemble's bonus regen and increased healing as well as having ability power and attack damage increased by 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 %. The sigil lasts 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. cast range: 750 sigil radius: 200/225/250/275/300 cooldown: 25/23/21/19/17

E: Fortified Defenses Elias creates a magical barrier, enemies that attempt to dash or leap through the wall will be stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and take 70/90/110/130/150+(30% ability power) damage. On top of that enemy dashes and leaps will not penetrate the barrier. (sort of like Poppy ). Allies that pass through the wall will gain the Paladin's ensemble healing and regen bonus for 3 seconds. cast range: 500 barrier width: 350/400/450/500/550 cooldown: 25/23/21/19/17

R: Call of the Heavens After a delay of 1 second Elias calls energy upon himself. All enemies within 200/250/300 units will be stunned for 1.5 seconds. If enemies are within 300/350/400 units but not in the stun area they will be grounded for 1 second. Enemies that are in stun area will take 100/200/300+(45% ability power) damage. Enemies that are grounded will take 50/100/150+(25% ability power damage). cooldown: 145/125/105

Pros: Lots of cc: (total of 4.5 seconds of stun at level 18) Paired with allies that have high lifesteal or the ability to heal Elias is strong Powerful against poke in early laning phase Q synergy with Vayne e Able to shut mobility down with e and r

Cons No mobility to set up ult Very low damage easy to kite long cooldowns

Gameplay (at least as I would see it) Use e followed by q to guarantee a stun onto an enemy be wise about placing e, it is powerful but it has a long cooldown. Get into the heart of combat to set up ult, or use summoner 4 if this is not possible other wise

Counterplay Bait fights (pretend to engage) in order to force w Do not dash if e is in your path Do not walk between Elias and a wall

I tried my best to incorporate these concepts fluidly. Please leave comments, suggestions, questions, and critique, thank you!
