Xerath Legendary skin: Energy Master Xerath

(Or God Fist Xerath)

Basically make him look like he's from Dragonball Z. But more of an Ionia/God Fist theme. He'd need a human body, and that'd mean an actual walking animation along with clothes. (hence it'd need to be Legendary) His abilities could look more like Karma's/GF Lee's, but all different colors. He'd be constantly sparking like Elementalist Lux Storm form. And most importantly he'd have spiky blond hair--- but specifically hair that isn't spiked straight up, until he ults.

For his Q, he'd charge up with an animation similar to Goku (or Ryu), or with his hands at his chest like Piccolo does, or even better with his hands out to the sides before firing like Vegeta's final flash. And fire with a similar effect.

For his W, he'd do an animation of firing a blast into the air before it crashes down for an effect that looks similar to the particle effect on GF Lee's E if Lee weren't in the middle of it (and he wouldn't do the same body animation).

For his E, he'd fire a whitish ball of energy. Or an orange, fire-like ball. (lookin' like a spirit bomb or supernova from one of the earlier DBZ games)

And for his ultimate, while he stands in place he'd gain a glowing aura, extra sparking effects, and his hair would spike up for the duration. He'd fire an effect into the air with his hands.

As for his autos, they'd be similar to Kai'sa's, but with tighter motion.

I really feel like we need this, to coincide with the magical girls and drill robots we've got.
