Don't forget to pin the The Archives thread!

Sorry, if this sounds impatient, just that I would expect a thread like that to be permanently pinned on C&C, and it has yet to be.

It would be a shame to see such a useful tool get lost in the bellows of aged and forgotten threads.

Don't worry. Standard procedure is to let a thread hang around unpinned so it can garner upvotes before we pin it. Once a thread gets pinned, it can't show up on Hot or the front page any more, so this maximizes visibility.
