Cho'Gath Rework

gonna start this off with i don't think Cho'Gath is busted, i don't think he's toxic(besides maaaybe the silence but i have a deep hate for silence in general so) don't even think he needs a rework tbh just an idea i had thought it would be...as the hip kids say...neato taleto. take any and or all of the concepts here, idk man.

Passive - Reactive Chitin: Cho'Gath gains Armor when struck by Physical attacks, and Magic Resist when struck by Magic Attacks. each stack gives 5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15 per stack to a maximum of 3. cho'gath can only have 3 of BOTH stacks meaning if he has two stacks of physical armor he can only gain one more stack of either Physical armor or Magic Resist. its a lot of free resistance i know, but the inability on cho's part to decide which he gets sort of allows the enemy team to play around it...mage wants to land an auto or two before blasting cho that way he doesn't get a ton of magic resist mid combo, ect, probably tinker with his base stats to compensate for the free MR/armor

Q Rupture- mostly unchanged, still deals damage and a knockup, but lower the Knockup time to 0.5 seconds, increased to 1.25 seconds if Cho'Gath hits the Target from Fog of war. OR make Rupture leave behind a pool of...void...goo...that Cho'Gath can interact with by walking into it for missing health and mana. the Void Goo only spawns if he last hits minions or lands Rupture on a Champion.

W-Feral Scream- Feral Scream Interupts rather than silencing targets FACING HIM, and slows targets by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% if they're facing away from him for 2 seconds, the slow decays over time.

R- Feast: Passive, restore for 20 − 71 (based on level) health and Mana icon 3.5 − 7.75 (based on level) mana.(basically the old passive but makes him less of a sustain pain in the ass in lane for a while)

Active: unchanged, still deals true damage, scales with AP and HP, gain bonus HP and size with each stack yadda yadda.

"Rework" doesn't mean just buffs.
