She has so few skins and the skins she does have are old/not very good.
Awhile back Haunted Zyra was going to be legacy but you changed your mind because Zyra had few skins. Why not do the same for Ravenborn Leblanc so she has at least one decent skin?

Haunted Zyra was an exception because at the time, it was her second skin ever. We're doing something similar with Firecracker Jinx. Traditionally, Lunar Revel skins are legacy, but since Jinx only has one other skin, we won't be putting Firecracker Jinx into the vault.
Although you may not like them, she has two skins that are available all the time, rather than one.

Your argument is understandable, however let's look at skins in terms of quality. Jinx and Zyra have only had 1 skin before, true, atleast those skins changes some things up. With the release of the new skin, now they can choose between a pseudo-legendary and a 975 skin.
Leblanc has nothing to choose from. Ravenborn is the only one of her skin that's done anything for her at all. With the rRavenborn skin, LB players can choose that skin to buy. Without it, they don't have much options outside of "Leblanc in a different dress"

Then perhaps leblanc could get a more recent skin? I mean annie, ashe, warwick, sivir , katarina all have sooo many skins and leblanc gets one...... since her release in 2010 that isnt legacy.

I have doubts. She has only gotten one skin that isnt legacy since release and that was 2010
Sukishoo1 votesThat may be, but all champions DO indeed get more skins when the time comes... just look at Ashe & Varus, they both got one last year and already have another coming up this year. Some champions just take a bit more time then others (i.e like why Zac hasn't gotten anything since his release).

well zac is a special case because of his stretch animations causing problems with any clothing they put on him and they dont wanna make him a pallete swap champ.
but champs like leblanc i cant imagine being very difficult and for her to go 4 years with only one non legacy skin is a little wierd.
Sukishoo1 votesWell yeah that's true about him, but it can be about many others for various reasons too. Like what would you see fit as another theme for an LB skin? She's got Wicked which is like a Cruella Deville styled look being an evil rich person theme, Prestigious which is a classic magician mixed with a kind of circus style, Mistletoe which is a christmas-y sorceresses and now Ravenborn which is which is just very Raven inspired.
They do try to give champions skins when they can, be them a regular in-store year round skin or a legacy skin for an event. So I think it's nice that they get one either way, even if it's one that's only around for a short time each year.. it's not like it's the ONLY time you can get them as they don't do limited edition skins anymore.

What about Annie? She had TONS of skins and you let her keep Panda Annie year round.

Blainezy2 votesBesides Haunted Zyra, generally all "holiday" skins are legacy. I don't know why, but they are always released again when that holiday rolls around.
Sukishoo2 votesYeah LB has two legacy skins cause that's how they usually do holiday skins. Pretty sure we'll see another non-legacy skin for her soon enough, and plus the legacy skins come back pretty often (yearly) so there's always a chance to get those.
Zahz1 votesThe internet is literally flooded with limitless skin ideas for all the champs. Not just the popular ones either. I mean annie is approaching double digits on skin count right now. I dont think a female sorceress can be that hard to come up with skins for over a small fire child
