In a "Group Bot" meta, we need a support with traps

We don't really have a geographically defensive support, and I don't know why because in a siege, they'd be phenomenal. There's a line in one of the later Game of Thrones Seasons where Jon says:

"We're digging trenches along our flanks, they won't be able to hit us the way Stannis hit you."

And that's what we're missing in the support role. Teemo can do this, but he's not a traditional support, and hit kit doesn't really revolve around control, it revolves around damage. So we need a support with traps like Teemo but that operate more like Jhin's: damage if you're lazy, but vision and a slow at minimum.
