Why, you might ask? Because I'm getting a little bit tired of EVERY full crit build DEMANDING you get the Essence Reaver and Infinity Edge to maximise effectiveness. We need diversity! This item would work well with a lot of crit-based champions. As well as champions who can at least be built with crit chance if you'd like.
