As the king of first blood, Talon deserves a Legendary skin [[Talon skin concept]]
For anyone who missed it, Riot released a first blood statistics showing in details who are the champs most responsible for the first kill in the game

That was the last year, but not after the Runes changes if that still applies, as a lot of champs got their early damage buffed. Anyway. I think Talon deserves a Legendary skin for being the Firstblood king, and since it's been quite a while since Riot released a skin of that skinline, he should get a**_ [[ Sandstorm ]] _**skin.
For once I would like to play with 
without him having to wear those blades on his back or even hold a huge blade in front of him, and to give him a traditional Shuriman dress befitting of the in real life Middle Easter culture.
Think of something similar to Sandstorm

I don't have any designed skin to show what the end result of the skin might be, but I can suggest few things that would make the skin [[thematically]] look good.

Give him a traditional Shuriman/ [[IRL middle eastern]] Assassin's robe that fits the desert theme.

Put in mind these are examples of how he will be holding his weapon which means his walking/wall jumping animation will slightly change.
- change his [Q] animation. Talon ingame dashes forward with the blade infront of him, as if the blade is directing him.

Different spell particles [[smaller daggers instead of the large shurikens + sand particles upon jumping and landing]]

New [Q] crit animation, examples: [[use both hands to stab an enemy / if stabbing from behind let him grab the enemy and stab him with the other hand (with quick animation)]]
I'm not good when it comes to creating themes as art and suggest it, but I'm sure this is achievable.
