Once a disciple under the tutelage of the Kinkou Order, she looked up at Akali who has earned the title of the Fist of the Shadows despite being young than those who preceded her. A skill ninja on her own right, she was given a chance to train under Akali to which she had no complaints until the exercise started. She was depraved of light and battered down by the only person she looked up to - telling her that she must look for herself, another part of her that was locked away by her own mind and body. Confused and weak, she asked for further assistance but silence filled her ears as Akali left her student.

As the Kinkou Order fell into chaos, Tsugi found herself at the hands of the murderer - Zed, unlike those who were killed under his attack - he invited her to join his new order stating that "I know your other half, let me help you unlock it." Mere words flew through her ears like a melody, then perhaps Akali might give her some attention, not in a form of a student-teacher relationship but as an enemy. As now Tsugi watched Zed as her master, someone who would helped her achieve greatness, embracing the shadows - she held the title of the Black Performer.

Abilities

Performance of the Cicada - Passive | [Buff / Clone] Tsugi enters a defensive stance for 8 seconds after executing an ability, causing the next damage instance from an enemy champion against her to be reduced by 10% / 15% / 20% and immediately entering stealth for 0.25 / 0.5 / 0.75 seconds while leaving a decoy on her place. Tsugi gains +10% bonus movement speed while in stealth.

Notes:

  • Both Damage Reduction and Stealth Duration scales at level 6, 11 and 16.
  • Decoy disappears once it receives damage instance from an enemy champion or if Tsugi exits stealth.
  • Performance of the Cicada only becomes active after an ability has been successfully executed such as landing from Shadow Delve or upon reaching the target through Black Weaving.

Guilt / Dark Verdict - Q | [Block / Debuff / Blink] Energy Cost: 20 | Dark Verdict Range: 600 | Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds

FIRST CAST - Guilt: Tsugi swings her blade in front of her, deflecting incoming projectiles and basic attacks for 0.25 + (current Attack Speed) seconds back to their attackers, inflicting any debuff and on-hit effect that the attack would have done. After successfully blocking an attack and Guilt ends, Tsugi may cast Dark Verdict in the next 4 seconds.

SECOND CAST - Dark Verdict: Tsugi blinks behind a targeted enemy unit whose attack has been deflected by Guilt and reduces their vision range to 400 / 350 / 300 / 250 / 200 for 1 second.

Additionally, Tsugi regains 10 Energy per attack deflected by Guilt and 50 Energy upon activating Dark Verdict.

Notes:

  • Both Guilt and Dark Verdict can activate Performance of the Cicada.
  • Guilt will immediately executed where Tsugi is facing upon activation.
  • Attacks that would bounce to another target will return to their normal search after hitting the original caster (e.g: Brand's Pyroclasm will seek out Tsugi and her allies after hitting Brand himself).
  • Attacks deflected with Guilt WILL return to the attacker, regardless if its a targeted ability or a skill-shot.
  • Dark Verdict does not cost Energy, only Guilt.

Shadowless Delve - W | [Leap / Area of Effect / Buff] Energy Cost: 100 | Cast Range: 400 | Area of Effect: 300 | Cooldown: 18 / 15 / 13 / 11 / 9 seconds

Tsugi jumps into an area, stealing the shadows of her enemies. Tsugi gains bonus 2% / 3% / 4% / 5% / 6% + (1% per 70 Attack Damage) Attack Speed per shadow stolen for 6 seconds. Attack Speed bonus gained is doubled if a shadow of an enemy champion(s) is stolen.

If Shadowless Delve steals 3 shadows from enemy units or a shadow of an enemy champion, her next basic attack within 3 seconds will critically strike for 200% / 210% / 220% / 230% / 240% bonus critical damage.

Notes:

  • Stacks with other Critical Damage bonuses.

Black Weaving - E | [Targeted-Dash / Debuff] Energy Cost: 30 | Dash Range: 400 | Cooldown: 4 seconds

Tsugi swiftly dashes to an enemy target, slowing them by 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18% for 1 second and inflicting them with Weaved for 5 seconds. All damage dealt by Tsugi is accumulated and delayed against a Weaved target until the end of the duration or once the accumulated damage will reduce the target's current Health to 20% by which then inflicts the total damage as Physical Damage.

Notes:

  • Damage Procs and effects will still apply as normal as if it has damaged them. (e.g: Statikk Shiv proc, Duskblade proc, Sheen proc, etc).
  • Performing Black Weave against the same target refreshes the duration of Weaved and does not remove the accumulated damage from any previous Weaved debuffs.

Shadow Clone - Ultimate | [Pet / Mimic] Duration: 8 / 10 / 12 | Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 seconds

Tsugi releases her other self, creating a shadowed version of Tsugi that has her current health, attack damage, attack speed and movement speed. While Shadow Tsugi is active, it will constantly seek and attack the nearest enemy unit, prioritizing enemy champions.

Additionally, whenever Tsugi activates an ability, Shadow Tsugi will also mimic the ability with a 1 second delay and will use her abilities against enemies, prioritizing enemy champions near Shadow Tsugi's range.

Notes:

  • Shadow Tsugi's Armor, Magic Resistance, Life Steal, Spellvamp, Critical Chance is always 0.
  • Shadow Tsugi can be controlled by pressing R or ALT + RIGHT CLICK.
  • Shadow Tsugi's abilities cannot trigger Performance of the Cicada although activating Shadow Clone will activate Performance of the Cicada.
