Ohmwrecker should be a diving item...

...that you buy when snowballing, if you've killed your laner twice, it'd be so nice to think "I'm going to buy Ohmwrecker now and dive my laner, really push my lead"

If instead of 50 armour (armor), it gave 50 AD and build out of Phage instead of Kindlegem (and maybe give the rage passive from Phage) and cost 2900 gold. I think this will change top lane for the better as killing tanks that just afk farm at turret and scale into late game would be fun. You can't build this if you're not snowballing as you probably won't be able to kill your enemy laner in the time Ohmwrecker gives you under turret, especially as they can probably cc you.

Imagine actually being scared of a champion with Ohmwrecker though. Imagine.

Also you should be able to use the Ohmwrecker active when near a turret but just out of range for it to target you, just so that you don't take the first shot when you dive
