It's an ultimate skin.
And it's true but know that the next ultimate skin won't be for a support and maybe riot will make up for 2014 by releasing 2 in 2015. I don't count on it because they're extremely bad at keeping promises (as you stated with the lux skin).
I just hope she won't get Void Lux skin as her next skin or else I'll be dissapointed in riot like I always am every time I don't see a Lux skin in the new PBE cycle.
