Why no more Surprise Party skins?

I just looked on the PBE and the april fools skins are really nice but i'm curious why more surprise party skins haven't been made for champions that fit the idea. The one i always wanted was for Evelynn, a reference to those girls that come out of cakes at some parties would be pretty cool, i also love when champions get skins that completely go against what the champion actually is like, something about is really interesting.

Some other choices are Leblanc and Katarina, maybe you could argue for Talon and Akali as well. Basically every assassin fits this skin line pretty well because their entire class is dedicate to scaring the shit out of you. Oh and neeko, for obvious reasons.

Design them yourself and see if they get traction.

Best champion choice for another surprise party skin would be Neeko.

Her passive lets her surprise every enemy. And her ult can be a big surprise with heavy team fighting potential (like Amumus and FIddlesticks as well). She would be the perfect candidate in my opinion.

Don't know if they will do these in the future again, tho. I also would like to see the Zombie and Slayer skin lines enhanced...

They do have lots of themes they don't visit that often, though they have been doing it a bit in the past years, so we could see them in the future if they do that.

It always was a fun theme and we could use more. Neeko, Eve, Shaco, so many options.
