Mar Jogar - the unclean one
there's now a champion that represents every Chaos God from warhammer 40k, darius olaf aatrox rhaast are Khorne, Evelyn is EASILY slaanesh, maybe ahri a bit too, Ryze, veigar Xerath and a few others are Tzeentch....but no Nurgle! A TRAVESTY! HERESY ONE COULD SAY :^)
anyway here's my awful idea to fix that.
Mar Jogar is a big beefy bro in some rusted and pitted armor, complete with a giant flail or morning star. with a faint buzz of insects about its head.
Passive - Aura of Decay - Mar Jogar's corruption deals minor magic damage the more wounded he is, deal 2.5/4/5.5+(0.2% AP) missing health to nearby enemies, half damage to minions.
Q- Swarm of Flies- Mana 20 CD 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 Mar Jogar empower's his weapon, resetting his Auto attack timer, and causing a curtain of insects to cling to the enemy, dealing additional magic damage over 3 seconds , 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 / 220 (+ 40% AP, ) if Mar Jogar is below 50% HP Swarm of Flies will also grant him bonus Magic resist and armor( 5%)
W- Infect Wounds- Mar Jogar may target himself or an enemy with this ability. Mana, 60 CD 15/14/13/12/11 sec CD
Self cast- Mar Jogar reduces his movement speed and resistances to gain 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 50% AP) over 3 seconds if Mar Jogar is below 25% HP he is healed instantly, and loses no stats.
Enemy cast- Mar Jogar causes a target to take additional damage based on Mar Jogar's missing health over 3 seconds, 6/7/8/9/10% missing health,
E- Siphon Vitality 40/50/60/70/80 mana CD 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 Mar Jogar's swarm of insects surges forward, creating a tether between him and his victim, draining their life essence. dealing 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 / 180 (+ 30%) magic damage over 5 seconds, slowing mar Jogar if he moves in any direction other than his victim by 25% if Mar Jogar is below 50% HP when he casts Siphon Vitality Mar Jogar instead gains 25% movement speed in all directions.
R- Icon of Pestilence mana 100 120 CD Mar Jogar causes a tide of insects to swarm around him, reducing enemy magic resist and armor by 1/2/3 per second to a cap of 10/20/30, and dealing 3/4/5% maximum health(+5% of his missing health) to nearby targets over 13 seconds if mar Jogar is below 15% HP gain a rapidly decaying shield for 50/60/70% of his total health for 2.5 seconds
