Zareeve's ancestors can be traced back to the rune wars, when shadow mages were not uncommon. However, as time went on humans began to discover the dangers of the shadow realm and shadow magic was shunned. However, one shadow mage discovered how to evade these dangers. Since then, that shadow mage passed down his secrets through his family. To protect his secret, he moved him and his family to the jungles East of Shurima. However, now outsiders have begun to explore the jungle and shadow magic has sprung anew. The shadow mage's descendants stayed hidden, until now. One of his descendants is Zareeve. Zareeve is more gifted than the rest of her family in shadow magic. And she is more rebellious. Zareeve knows more about the world outside the jungle than the rest of her family. The dangers of the Void grow ever closer to the jungles, and Zareeve knows that she must join the fight against it.

I picture Zareeve to have long, flowing black hair (pretty similar to shadow Kayn).

In game Zareeve is an elusive mage who uses shadow magic unknown to the rest of the world to outwit her opponents.

Passive: Grace of Shadows .Zareeve can move through units .Zareeve has 10% bonus movement speed . All slows inflicted on Zareeve are reduced by 35%

Q: Wraith Tendrils Zareeve fires shadowy tendrils in a target direction, the tendrils deal 80/110/140/170/200+(70% ability power) to the first enemy hit. The tendrils will go through enemies they kill. range: 650 cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8

W: Shadowed Descent Zareeve leaps into the air for 0.5 seconds, becoming untargetable. After which she descends into the shadow realm, becoming untargetable and invisible for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. During this time she cannot attack or use her other abilities. Upon exiting the shadow realm she unleashes shadow magic around her, dealing 50/70/90/110/130+(40% ability power) magic damage to all nearby enemies. AOE: 150 units cooldown: 27/24/21/18/15

E: Veil of Darkness Zareeve becomes camouflaged for 5 seconds, gaining 30% movement speed during that time. Enemies can see her if they are within 500/450/400/350/300 units of Zareeve. Casting** Shadowed Descent** or **Wraith Tendrils **will end the stealth. This does not go on cooldown until the stealth duration has expired. cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18

R: Soulstealer Tendrils Zareeve tethers herself to an enemy champion, dealing 200/400/600+(90% ability power) damage over the next 3 seconds. If she casts this while still under the effects of Veil of Darkness the stealth will be cancelled however the enemy she casts this on will be afflicted with Nearsight for the duration. An enemy can break the tether by moving more than 600 units away from her, in which case 30% of the cooldown will be refunded. Zareeve cannot cast Shadowed Descent or Veil of Darkness during this time but she can cast Wraith Tendrils. cast range: 550 cooldown: 95/80/65

Pros: Difficult to Lock down High single target damage

Cons: Low AOE Long early game cooldowns for E and W

Please leave any thoughts about this champ concept. Thank you!

It's probably best to not overload your champion with stealth mechanics. What's the point of her E when her W makes her invisible instead of just camouflaged? What's the point of her E dealing no damage if her W does literally everything?

Personally, I'd suggest making a different ability out of your E. Your W already gives you both stealth and untargetability while apparently allowing you to move, so there's really not a point in having your current E at all.

If the only real purpose of your E was to make your ult target nearsighted, just place the nearsighted effect on your ult. That in itself means your ult is actually sort of weak. Most mage ultimates have either massive damage or massive utility. You're dealing pretty solid damage with this one, but it's as a DoT that can be broken with a simple displacement of either you or the enemy to get you out of tether range, so it's far less potent than most ultimates overall. It honestly feels like something you should nerf the damage on and turn into her E. Combined with the untargetable mechanics of your W, you can be pretty obnoxious in your all in by simply tethering then becoming untargetable for most of the time you're tethered, before firing off your Q at the end of some last bit of poke.

That much gives you some combo potential, while not strictly limiting your design space, and it opens up an ultimate slot so you can try your hand at something crazy.

Number wise, with kits lacking damage on one or more ablities, the rest of the abilities are usually somehow made stronger to compensate with (Talon's passive fulfills that role with his parkour dealing 0 damage, Zed's passive as well as his now defunct additional AD passive used to do this, Bard's chimes scaling throughout the game etc.) It's usually either innate (on the passive, scaling throughout the game depending on champion level) or a part of a different skill's passive (like darius E granting him additional armor penetration). This makes leveling skills more satisfying as well as create a more natural power curve throughout the game. The cooldown numbers are also really long, with the champion signature spam ability, and what seems to be her bread and butter on a 8 second cooldown when maxed, which is a number most other similar abilties us as the rank 1, while having a really short range.

Your champion would peak in damage at level 9(Q maxed), gain some small power further in, till level 13(W maxed), then gain no more offensive power in his kit level wise, till the end of the game, with the exception of a bump at level 16 from the ult rank up. This means her damage is focused on early game but with her cooldowns being so severe there's not much room to use it.

For the kit itself, I'd say you might have tunnel visionned on the stealth mechanic a bit too much and didn't consider how it'd play out in cases where you're not wanting to all in someone. Most of your laning(and I say laning because from the looks of it, her jungle clear would be awful) would be spent throwing out Qs to poke and farm, and not doing much else. Her E doesn't work well inside of the lane with that kind of detection range, as well as it being broken by her other abilities, and her W while good as a way to go in, leaves her vulnerable afterwards, She also lacks the tools to assist in ganks, offering only damage and no cc.

I also find weird the increased duration of her W - while you do end up getting more invulnerability time scaling it, you also end up delaying your burst the more you put points into it - meaning you have this awkward interaction of delaying the assassination more if you level your W.
