PROJECT skin line has... 3 members total I guess compared to G/NETIC? Zed, Kat, and Jhin. If Jhin is considered part of it, I think he's just a killer and might not even be. Maybe we could get some more PROJECT skins actually based around.... PROJECT villains?
I'd personally love to see PROJECT Talon, Kayn, and Diana. All three of these champions would actually fit pretty well in the skin line as villains.

I did not reply. I continued to advance toward his last position.
“They all died.” I could hear Jhin’s dark smile. He was delighted, if a man that was mostly machine could still feel anything like that. “Especially Special Lieutenant Shauna Vayne. They rebuilt her of course. She was special.”
“Who?” I asked, hoping if I kept him talking, he would be more prone to mistakes. “Who rebuilt her?”
“PROJECT of course, you silly kitten. They rebuild all of us.” His cackle broke the high frequency and distorted painfully in my ear. “But they may have a much harder time with you when I’m done...”
Jhin will always be the worst thing in the PROJECT universe, considering the fact that he will literally rip you apart for a single upgrade. He pretty much is the villain, as it doesn't matter how high up you are. As long as you have what he wants, what he needs, you are fair game.
That being said though, I think Kayn would be interesting. A virus obtained from some second hand tech that leads him to crave more malicious upgrades and have violent tendencies. You can either remove the virus and become PROJECT: Kayn, or give in and become the virus known as Rhaast.
Jinx could be similar to Jhin in the sense that she is constantly seeking upgrades, but not in the same way as Jhin. A bug or corruption in her code leads her to seek out any and all upgrades, resulting in a chaotic appearance and personality.
PROJECT: Diana is in such high demand that its a wonder why Riot hasn't made it yet. She did, however, just get a skin so we may have to wait another year or so, unless PROJECT: Diana is worth the "wtf is this 2 skins in one year favoritism rito" bullshit.
