[Next Champion?] A voodoo puppet champion?

This guy reminds me of a champion Riot was in the works of finishing named Tabu. The hat, wardrobe, and abilityies seem to be the same. Although at first he was black and younger this still makes me think they finished his model and everything else needed to put him into LoL.

The new champion that everyone seems to be talking about though, I have no info on her (/he) so I don't want to say its that champion until I know more about *her. All I've heard is her name is Kalista and that she has something to do with either the Shadow Isle or Bilgewater.

But for them to make a person that resembles Tabu so much just makes me wonder.
