The first time I played Naut I was TERRIBLE at him, but this unfinished splash art was so cool that I bought Nautilus and played a game with him. Our midlaner DCed 2 minutes in so I went mid, got 2 kills, our midlaner came back, I went back to jungle. Ended up 12/6. I love Naut now

Didn't even think about that, this could be a grouped splash like the Pentakill skins, just with Vel'koz and Nidalee left out. Although I doubt they would come out with two new Nidalee skins so close together, since she's getting a Warring Kingdoms skin, I had just assumed they labeled this splash as a Nid skin by mistake or just as a placeholder

It's a pretty damn safe bet that it's not actually related to Nidalee. When she gets a new skin, then a splash art is uploaded saying it's for her, but that clearly shows two other easily identified champions, it's a bit silly to assume she's getting TWO skins.

Riot made it. It's from today's PBE update, but under the name "nidalee_skin_7". Clearly bullocks, as anyone can tell exactly which two champions they are.

lol i wouldnt say anyone lol tons and i mean TONS of people couldnt figure out who Naut (The Big Guy) was in the art. Some even said azir....i dont know where you see a bird at lol

This post could live in "Gameplay and Balance" or "Skins and Champion Concepts" or even "Misc" as it is now. We're currently working with the moderation team to help come to a better understanding of the behavior on Boards as well taking a look at the Board names to make sure everything makes a little more sense. More on that to come.

As for this sketch, looks epic though definitely very rough and unfinished. Whether it evolves into something else or stays a pipe dream, pretty cool look into the mind of the artist.

It might be, but judging by previous Champion Team skins, they usually have like headphones and other computer accessories and are dressed in street clothes, not armor. Not impossible, but not likely either.

Besides, wouldn't Imp for sure have Twitch as his skin? He dominated with Twitch and he was one of the few that consistently played Twitch! I just don't think Samsung White players would pick Sivir or Naut. (Sorry Sivir and Naut :()

cause that's what it's listed as in the PBE files. It's an unfinished splash, so obviously all the characters haven't been added.

Oh that. That doesn't say anything about it NOT being a nidalee skin though.. That just says it's NOT Warring Kingdoms.

Obviously Group splashes take a lot of work and they could very well throw her in there since it's not done yet.

It's not Warring Kingdoms, and the chances of them making another skin just for this splash art are slim to none.

Do you read? I just said that it's not WK. It's not really that slim.. they work on many skins back and forth. Some champs end up with a few skins next to each other fairly quickly.

Yes, but who says this one is for something soon? There's no skins on PBE that go with what's seen so far in the splash afterall. Pretty sure it was pushed out way early (since it's incomplete and all).

Dude. Don't know why you insist on deluding yourself... it literally makes no sense for one champion to have two skin releases back to back. I'd put the likelihood of ANY other champ getting a new skin higher than Nid's.

This is one of the coolest depictions of Nautilus that I've seen. If he somehow becomes good, I'll definitely start playing him again.

That's Sivir in the foreground, and if you eye the background... who is related to Sivir that was JUST released not too long ago? Azir gets a new skin too. Arbiter theme.
