I think Valor needs sunglasses to really complete the look.
She even looks like a Catachan, right at home with the Imperial Guard Commando skin line.

I'd love to see these types of skins on her. I see her more of a vigilante - so maybe some really cool skins like the Project: Quinn and Commando Quinn with Valor being like a jungle parrot to emphasize the guerilla style look. :D

I'd rather they actually fix Quinn's bugs and lower her ult cd so you can actually pick her sometimes as a counterpick without her E flipping you the opposite direction of where you should be before I spend any money on a skin for her. I bought her bundle at launch and had fun for 2 hours before I realized my mistake lol. She's a visually impressive champion with a unique playstyle yet she's not allowed to be usable apparently.

I've always wondered why they didn't do Commando Quinn as a release skin or a skin that came out not long after release. I mean The Commando Skin line is so well defined, and is specifically for Demacian Champs, that I've been a bit frustrated that Riot hasn't done it yet. I mean Come ON it's so freaking EASY. Green colored suit similar to lux's with a visor around her eyes, Bald Eagle Valor with aviator goggles (optional) and you've got a machismo Quinn Skin that fits into a defined skin line that hasn't been used or touched on for YEARS.
