Chapion Concept: Idunn, The northern queen
I would imagine Idunn to live on the island that is northwest of the Freljord. The name is inspired by Norse mythology.
Passive: Wrath of the Brilliant Ice: When Idunn damages an enemy 3 times within 5 seconds the enemy is stunned for 0.5 seconds. This cannot be applied on the same target more than once every 7 seconds.
Q: Arctic embrace: Idunn sends ice forward, dealing 80/115/140/175/210+(60% ability power) damage to the first enemy hit, they are slowed by 45% for 1.5 seconds.
W: (Insert spell name here.) First cast: Creates icy spikes in front of Idunn, enemies cannot walk through these spikes.(impassable terrain) second cast: Sends spikes forward 300 units, dealing 40/70/100/130/160+(50% ability power) damage to first enemies hit. If an enemy has been slowed by 30% or more this will stun them.
e: Arctic Torment: passive: Basic attacks slow enemies by 10% for 2 seconds. active: Slows all enemies Idunn has damaged in the past 2 seconds by 70%, this applies a stack of passive.
R:Frost Storm(or other names) Idunn channels for 0.75 seconds, then she unleases icy wind, dealing 50/100/150+(45% ability power) damage every second for 3 seconds.
Background Lore: A group of early Freljordians, mostly consisting of true ice forgers( people who knew how to craft true ice weapons), fled the frozen watchers invasion. They found an island, and so they lived there from then on. Their children were told tales of the terrible Lissandra, who ate children( it's a children's tale) and had unleashed an army of frosty demons upon the world. They were told that the demons lay just beyond the horizon. But Idunn, the heir to the throne wasn't convinced. When the ice froze over she ran southeast and found a land unlike the tales she had been told. It wasn't too different from their own. (From here idk what would happen.)(Also Idunn is a b!tch apparently)

: What did you do, scourge?
: Bringer of demons, devourer of men, a little underwhelming aren't you.
: Stories are poison to the mind. So is your shouting.
: That yeti is more important than you are, nothing personal kid.
: The stories probably aren't true about you.
: That weapon is smarter than you are.
: Volibear, you have fought countless battles. For what?
