The new Dragon Master Swain's voice is nearly incoherent

Like, there are some skins like Arclight Vel'Koz that makes the dialogue a little bit fuzzy and echo-y, but this one nearly blends Swain's voice into the background.

I had to turn off Music and Ambience just to get a clear hearing of half the things he said.

I think the sounds of his animations (cape flap, magicy sound FX) though I can't be too sure as I am having trouble loading the spotlight, but this reminded me of how much I hate the voice effects on the Project skins XD
