Is Final Boss Veigar's model bigger than regular Veigar's?

Not that it matters much, but since skins don't affect hitboxes, doesn't this make his model a little misleading in terms of where you can aim to score a hit? It's not very noticeable at all in this case, but I've often wondered that about skins that add capes and other "large" elements.
