@Riot about The Magnificent Twisted Fate

So during the Arcade event, The Magnificent Twisted Fate was one of many legacy (or at least limited release) skins chased out of hiding by the assault of Battle Boss Blitzcrank. (A+ to the marketing team for that one by the way. Fun way to make rare skins more accessible. Moar pls.) I dug around and grabbed a couple cheapos and Magnificent TF. Now, while it's a solid skin , I don't think it really justifies not only being limited, but being Legendary on top of it. There's no new dialogue in the VO, no new animations, the skin is only somewhat different from his base (primarily the nifty cape) and his cards don't even have different emblems on them. It's kinda... boring. I'd love to see an update to the skin to bring it on par with other 1820 rp skins. Is this a possibility?
