Angeline- The Enchantress

Angeline is a support who uses her abilities to severely weaken enemies.

Passive: Heal and Harm Angeline can use every fifth basic attack on either an ally or an enemy.

Ally: Grants ally 25% movement speed that decays over 1.5 seconds. This will also heal them for 10-170 (levels 1-18)+(10% ability power) health

Enemy: Deals an additional 10-170 (levels 1-18)+(25% ability power) damage, slows the enemy by 20% for 1.5 seconds, and slows the enemy's attack speed by 10% for 3 seconds.

Q: Blinding Burst After a delay of 0.5 seconds, magic erupts from a target area, dealing 70/110/150/190/230+(55% ability power) damage, afflicting enemies hit with nearsight for 1 second, and slowing enemies hit by 80% for 1 second. range: 650 cooldown: 12 target area radius:200

W: Life Thief Angeline tethers herself to an enemy, dealing 80/120/160/200/240+(60% ability power) damage over the next two seconds. The enemy can break the tether by moving more than 525 units away from Angeline. After the duration is complete or an enemy breaks the tether Angeline can heal a target ally champion for 40/45/50/55/60% of the damage done by this ability. cast range: 500 cooldown: 15

E: Blessing Angeline reduces the damage an ally takes by 20/25/30/35/40%+(4% per 100 ability power) for 0.75 seconds. This will also increase the ally's movement speed by 30/45/60/75/90+(15% ability power) for 3 seconds. range: 550 cooldown: 15

R: Wrathful Curse After a delay of 1/0.75/0.5 seconds malevolent magic erupts from a target location, dealing 300/400/500+(75% ability power) damage to all enemies hit.
