[Item} An AP version of QSS
Concept:
Right now
is more or less unique to AD and tank scaling champions since it does nothing to help an AP champion. Normally,
is its equivalent, but they function differently.
is also focuses around an AD heavy or tanky/ bruiser build style.

How about an AP item that gives:
- cost: 3700g
- 80 AP
- 35 armor
- UNIQUE Passive: +10% Spell Vamp
- UNIQUE Active - Quicksilver: Removes all defuffs and also grants +50% bonus movement speed for 1 second (90 second cooldown).
- Built from
and
and
and 765g.
Also, for this to be fair and balanced, maybe make
now only give 20 magic resist instead of 35 but provide 20 armor as well and depending on the final build path the armor or magic resist will be lost.

**Reasoning: **
AP champions normally carry the hard cc where as AD usually has the soft cc, but it is much harder to survive as an AP champion since currently
is the only counter to cc and/or burst proc (like Zeds ult) unless you sacrifice your build to
or
. But
just leaves you vulnerable once it is over.
allows for potential to save yourself when you get hard CC'd, either if you get focused or caught out of position where your team cant save you.
is more for offensive purposes as well, just like
is for AD champions.
With the new assassin item (specifically the nightfall passive) coming out soon, AP squishy champions will be left with little to counteract the passive. Mid will become the AD melee lane because
and
and
will become the meta (even more than they are now).
and
. It's not like we enjoy getting deleted.
