Gehrman- The Mad Reaper

Gehrman is a distant relative of the king who caused the ruination, and he has the same vile power. Ever since the ruination Gehrman has descended further into madness as his magic is the only thing keeping him alive.

In game Gehrman is a champion who forces the player to choose between damage and sustain.

**Passive: Scythe of Ruin ** Gehrman's basic attacks deal an additional (5% enemy's missing health)+(10% ability power) magic damage. Gehrman is healed for 100% of the damage this deals.

Q: Bountiful Harvest Gehrman extends his scythe in a target direction, after a 0.25 second delay he hauls his scythe back to him, dealing 20/35/50/65/80+(135% total attack damage)+(45% ability power) physical damage. For every enemy champion he hits he heals himself for 20/30/40/50/60+(2.5% maximum health)+(10% ability power).

range: 500 area width: 200 cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4

W: Soulburn Gehrman marks all nearby enemies with Soulburn for 5 second. Enemies afflicted with this mark will take 20/40/60/80/100+(10% ability power) damage every second. Gehrman will heal for 20/30/40/50/60% of damage he deals to enemies marked with Soulburn on top of any other self healing he has. area of effect: 300 cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18

E:Precise Swing

Gehrman will target an enemy's weak point with his next basic attack. This basic attack penetrates 20/25/30/35/40% of an enemy's armor and deals an additional (35% bonus attack damage) damage. This ability can hold up to two charges.

recharge time: 7 (influenced by CDR) cooldown: 2

R: Adoration of Death

Passive: When Gehrman get's a takedown he gains 20% movement speed that decays over 2 seconds. He is also healed for 100/150/200+(35% ability power)+(20% missing health).

Active: Gehrman marks a target enemy champion for 7 seconds. During this time the target is slowed by 10%, takes 10% additional damage from all sources, and has their ad and ap reduced by 10/15/20%. If Gehrman can kill the enemy before the mark wears off the healing from Adoration of Death is doubled and Gehrman gains 45% bonus movement speed for 5 seconds.

Please leave any thoughts you have on the concept, thank you!

Just gonna say that every single ability is broken beyond belief.

Passive gives too much sustain that will make him impossible to lane against.

Q scales way too high. 135% of total AD? Lets say this is his build: item 3074 item 3080 item 3812 item 3115 item 3148 item 3006. Guessing that he would have a base of about 115 AD at level 18, this would give him about 400 AD. 135% of that is about 540 damage. Add the 80 base damage, that's 620 damage. Now he also has 160 ap, so that's an extra 70 damage, making the ability do almost 700 damage now. He has 30% CDR, so the Q will be on a 2.8 second cd. So one ability on a 2.8 second cooldown is doing 700 damage. That's way too much. Any total AD scaling over 100% needs nerfed.

W at max rank does a flat 500 damage, which is too strong for a basic ability base damage.

So... An ability that does damage and cuts through a lot of armor? Imagine that max rank with item 3071 and item 3036. You already have 60% from items, and now you will have a free 40% extra. Then you will be cutting through literally all of the enemy's armor, even if they are full tank, making you one shot squishes and cut through tanks like they are squishes as well. 100% armor penetration on someone doesn't exist in the game for a reason.

R is basically exhaust mixed with PTA. Too op in solo lane, because then they cant fight at all.

Overall this is just both way too much damage and way too much sustain. The amount of sustain you've given him will make it so he will never have to back in the whole game if he didn't need items, since its super high.

Think about this one, okay?
