[Champion Concept] Ayleth, the Light of Zaun

Now I know that a Zaun champion just came out but this is a future concept. I've been working on him for some time and have posted on Ayleth before, but I've been thinking on his concept and want to put in these ideas if Riot choses to look and like them.

Ayleth is a Support/Assassin

He will be very fun to play in the bottom lane, but is not going to be strong enough to lane by himself for some time.

Kit

[P] Fast Healing

Ayleth is able to heal himself very quickly from slows, snares, etc. He has 15% tenacity.

[Q] Static Claws Cost: +10 Heat Cool Down: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds

Ayleth makes his hands into electric claws that deal 5/10/20/40/80 (+10% AD) damage for the next 4 seconds.

[W] Flash Step Cost: +10 Heat Cool Down: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds

Ayleth goes into super sonic speed to seemingly teleport to the nearest enemy. When Ayleth teleports to a near enemy, the enemy is stunned for 0.8/0.9/1/1.1/1.2 seconds.

[E] Electric Current Cost: +10 Heat Cool Down: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Range: 1000

Ayleth sends out a surge of power for the next 2 seconds. This surge gives all nearby allies 30/40/50/60/70% MS bonus and slows all enemies by 15/20/25/30/35%.

[R] Empower Cost: Needs 100 Heat

Passive:

Increases tenacity for you and a nearby ally by 5/15/25/35%.

[Q] Circuit Claws

If used on Q, it will increase the damage by 10/20/40/80 (+10% AD) and gives a slow to those hit by 30% for 2 seconds. The spell also has an increase to its time by 1/2/3/4 seconds.

[W] Faster Than Sound

If used on W, it will give off 50/100/150/200 (+40% AP) damage, increases the stun duration by 0.8/1.2/1.6/2 seconds, and gives a smaller stun to enemies close by for half the stun on the target enemy.

[E] Ultimate Power

If used on E, it deals 80/160/220/280 (+40% AP) when activated to enemies in the surrounding area. Allies in the ability gain 10/20/30/40% bonus AS and enemies in the ability lose 5/10/15/20% of their AS. The ability's duration is lengthened by 2/4/6/8 seconds.

When using Empower, you must wait 5 seconds before you can create more Heat, but abilities are not silenced.

Lore (Summary)

Ayleth was the weakest child in Zaun, it was only thanks to his family that he survived. His eldest sister seemed to look after everyone, while the second oldest seemed to be having a hard time. He couldn't relate to any of the kids, at all. He finally decided to try and do something but ended up being kid-napped. A man, with a gleam in his eye had taken young Ayleth to a facility. It wasn't long before he started to miss his family, his friends, his home...

The man introduced himself to be Warwick, the man who captures others so his superiors could do experiments. I eventually escaped, but it wasn't long before he found me again. This happened daily. He seemed to think it was a game and asked if I could do better. When I told him I could not, he said he'd look into it. He eventually had me strapped to a bed and forced a liquid into my body. I changed that day. I was no longer the Ayleth I once knew.

I wasn't myself anymore, I was more animalistic. My body showed it. My finger nails were now sharp. More hair covered my body, and my senses were heightened, yet it wasn't enough. It was only a accident, but electric currents began to go into my body during a different experiment. My body adapted to it and I eventually was able to get out of the place, yet Warwick wasn't there. He had disappeared...

How long had it been? Days? Weeks? Months? I traveled back to our hiding spot, the one place I was at him in Zaun. It took me a whole week to reach it. But, when I arrived, everyone was gone. I didn't know what to do, I was on my own. Then, from behind I heard a growl. It sent a shiver up my spine, as I turned around.

There stood the beast, who through a rough way said, "Lets Play." I ran away as fast as I could but he would never let up. He got closer, and closer. I gritted my teeth and ran, I ran as fast as I could. Until I realized, I wasn't in Zaun anymore. The place I was now was might brighter, it hurt my eyes. More clean. Was this Piltover?

On my left, I saw the poster. It read:

Join the League of Legends today. Whatever you need, we can help. All you have to do is be elegible...

That was all I needed to read. I knew where I needed to go, so I could find my friends, and survive the beast who was still on my trail.
