[Champion Concept] Viz'roth the Swarm Lord

Sorry if you saw this last night. I posted it and didn't post anything but the link and a brief description, and didn't get any feedback. SO I'm reposting it with champion information in this post as well. Please give me some feedback on the kit, and especially the ult. Suggestions VERY welcome.
Anyways, this is is Viz'roth, the Swarm Lord. He is meant to be an artillery/warden hybrid support that has a particularily strong focus on vision and zone control as opposed to CC. Lore-wise he is a wisp that got tossed in a cauldron with some Shuriman insects and bada-bing-bada-boom he's a messed up insect ghost dude. (Better lore on the Wiki page, I strongly recommend visiting the Wiki link! There is more information and I put a lot of work into making it look nice.)

**(I) Symbiotic Specter **
Upon taking fatal damage, Viz’roth loses 60 / 50 / 40% of his maximum Essence and enters Spectral Form. While in Spectral Form, Viz’roth may move freely and is untargetable, but cannot use abilities and loses 3% of his maximum Essence each second, dying if it reaches 0.
Regardless of form, standing on a Swarm Comb will cause Viz’roth to pick it up, restoring 10% of his maximum health. When a Comb is recovered, expires, or if the Comb is destroyed, the insect swarms will continue to chase nearby enemy champions for up to 6 seconds before attempting to return to Viz’roth, restoring 5% of his maximum health if he can merge with them within 10 seconds. Either form of healing will immediately return Viz'roth to his normal state if he is in Dread.png Spectral Form.
While in his normal form, Viz'roth regenerates 1℅ of his Essence every 5 seconds for every 20℅ of his remaining health.

PASSIVE: After standing still in brush for 2.5 seconds, Viz’roth deposits a Larval Comb at his feet for up to 80 seconds. While feeding on vegetation, this colony grows and provides increasing vision of the surrounding area. At the end of the duration, the colony matures into a Swarm Comb. This effect may only occur once every 35/32.5/30/27.5/25 seconds.
PASSIVE COOLDOWN: 55 / 50 / 45 / 40 / 35 seconds
Swarm Combs last for 10 minutes and contain 2 insect swarms that will attempt to defend the surrounding area by chasing, slowing by 20%, and harming nearby enemy champions for 2.5% of their current health physical damage each second, increased by 1% for every 1% of their remaining health. Champions being attacked by multiple swarms take 33% damage from each additional swarm beyond the first.
ACTIVE: After a brief channel, Viz’roth lobs a destructible Swarm Comb at a target location. Hive Cluster may not be cast below 20% maximum health.

ACTIVE: Viz’roth channels for up to 6 seconds, swarming the surrounding vegetation and regenerating 1.5% of his maximum health each second. If cast from brush, Viz'roth regenerates twice as much health per second.
If Viz'roth completes the channel while in a brush, it and and any Larval Combs inside are destroyed. Brush destroyed this way regrows after 120 seconds.

PASSIVE: Viz'roth gains bonus armor and bonus magic resistance. BONUS RESISTANCES: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25
ACTIVE:: Viz’roth sends a portion of his swarm to surround a nearby allied champion, shielding them for 80% of the health spent to cast this ability. This shield decays over 10 seconds, healing his ally for 40% of the decaying shield. 「 SHIELD RATIO: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120% of health spent 」
If Viz'roth's target dies before this ability takes effect, the swarm will return to Viz'roth, restoring the amount of health spent to cast Chitinous Carapace.
(R) Poltermetamorphosis RANGE: 1000 / 2000 / 3000 COST: 20% MAXIMUM ESSENCE COOLDOWN: 140 / 120 / 100
Viz’roth channels his Essence into a small area for a brief period based on the distance between himself and the target area. If the channel is completed, up to 3 Larval and/or Swarm Combs in the target location undergo a chaotic metamorphosis for 6 seconds. At the end of the duration, each Comb releases 4 large, mutated insects that seek out the nearest engaged enemy champion or epic monster, or lane containing an allied champion.
I will leave a note here saying that I am currently trying to come up with alternative (R) possibilities. The current (E) was his ult, but it was more powerful and left little counterplay or interaction, so I toned it down and made it his new (E). The old (E) was a Quinn-like nearsight/slowing blast skillshot. It seemed okay, but not ideal.
