Spooky Gangplank and Spectral Fiddlesticks deserve voice filters.

Ever since the skin spotlight of Underworld Wukong (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TU5QqqUnSz8), it seems Riot's perfectly willing to give these kinds of champions voice filters to make the skins feel more immersive. A certain pirate and scarecrow...thing have seemed to be left out, though. With the Harrowing right around the corner, I think it would be awesome for Riot's skin team to update Spooky Gangplank and Spectral Fiddle, only because even though they're only 520 RP, there's little reason to buy them aside from 'Hey look, a bright blue glow!'. I'd even go so far as to propose a price increase (say to 750 at least) in exchange for these filters.

Oh, and I own neither, so I'm not biased in saying the above on the reasoning that 'lol I already bought them, update my skins and have everyone else pay more'. I'd LOVE to buy these, but I don't think they're worth my money.
