Riot Should Do Their Own Community Champion Concept Contest.

The prize? Well obviously that champion will be a new champion! I think if Riot gives us a champion that the community all wants, made by the community for the community, we will be much happier. We could work together to balance it, we could all come up with Skins, we could all work out what would be weakness and strength, etc.

The judging will be done by both the Community and Riot. Riot will give their favorite 5, the community will give their 5. Then we take those 10 and all vote on which is the most deserving of being in the game. Of course the creators cannot vote and Riot should keep their top 5 picks secret until reveal time as to not influence the community.

Riot could keep us updated on how its coming along in like a monthly update thing. They could release several art concepts, we could release some, then we all choose the best and so forth. It just seems like fun if we all worked together to create a champion.
