3rd Frejord Tribe Leader Champion Suggestions

Can he be like Braum and be big, but not as beefy. He should have a weapon, a mace. And can he be the Jayce, Garen, Darius of the Frejord? Here's what I would like: [P] 5 charges of heat; each ability uses 1 charge. When reach 0 charge, champion gains 5 (x level) tenacity for 10 seconds. +1 charge every 10 seconds. [Q] His grand slam that sends enemies back. He jumps to a target location and slams the mace, dealing damage and flinging champions/minions back. [W] Gives bonus AD for 5 seconds. Passively, every 4 attacks, champion gains back 2% HP. [E] The twirl attack. Champion spins around and sends out 1 ice spike from his mace every 1 second to each enemy. Lasts for 4 seconds. Champion is unable to move. Only damage is given. No slows or debuffs. [R] Champion's mace grows bigger, and next attack on a enemy champion deals twice the AD and stuns for 1/2/3 seconds. No additional AD on anything else. But, there is a small gain in range. (This obviously does not cost heat charge.) Lastly, he must say "For the Frejord" like the guy in Aram does so it will be complete.
