Champion type top lane is missing
I've enjoyed playing top lane because split pushing is one of my favourite parts of league. Unfortunately though, the class of split pushers is very lacking in champions and ideas. My favourite strategy in the game used to be nunu top and building banner + maxing w, but with the rework of nunu, he lost the ability and riot also removed banner of command. Now, it feels like there is no minion buffing champion in the game anymore, so here's my idea:
Necromancer (all abilities have AP scaling and she should be somewhat fragile):
Q - Pulls Necromancer and an enemy, as well as 4 (up to 12) minions into stealth where no one can cast spells other than Necromancer. Enemy champions can still auto attack. This spell lasts 10 (up to 20) seconds, and the enemy can attack teammates from the stealth without it breaking. (The spell duration is halved if you pull an enemy into stealth with you)
W - Creates a large area on the ground that gives +10% (up to 30%) attack speed, 80 (up to 300) health over 3 seconds to all units that walk through it. Bonuses are halved for teammates.
E - Summons 1 (up to 3) zombie minions that all have a passive bonus of +30% resistance.
R - Promotes a minion giving them more health, 100% tenacity, and 25% bonus damage. Unit is not shown on mini-map like a super minion or last iteration of banner of command.
P - Units around Necromancer gain 10% life steal and 20% movement speed.
Note: These don't have to be the exact spells, and I only just thought of it last night in around 10 minutes so it's very rough. The core the champion needs is a way to buff the minions and heal them, and either a reliable way to escape while split pushing, or a good way to isolate the enemy if you are getting 2v1'd, since there is so much movement in the game, such as the cloud drakes, dead mans plate, youmuus, relentless hunter, etc... The exact numbers and scalings are also probably nowhere near right because I have no idea what numbers would be fair.
The thought process behind the abilities:
Q - This was to make a stealth attack with one of your minion waves so only people very perceptive to the side lanes would be able to see the push, and not just looking at the big face on the mini map, as well as allowing yourself to get a good 1v1 when getting ganked, since your champion is nowhere near powerful enough to 2v1. You can also use it like a shaco q to escape and juke, or even to pull a wave from bot lane to mid lane.
W - This is the core ability that the champion needs to be able to buff the minions with attack speed and healing, and perhaps something else like bonus damage to structures.
E - This will make it easier to split push. It will also create a backdoor possibility and has a good combo with your q.
R - Just having normal minions that you can heal is not enough against many of the champions in the game right now that can wipe minions waves really easily, who are going to be sent back to deal with you.
P - Giving the minions some passive life steal would be very good at keeping the wave healthy as well as if you're ever in a teamfight, you can give your teammates the passive and w, and maybe ult an enemy, although the ult doesn't feel quite right. The movement speed I think is quite important because you need a way to fuck the wave timings up so enemies can't just look at their own waves and know when you will get there. Another option could be some sort of teleport mechanic, but I feel like being able to tp an entire wave into a turret along with your own minions + buffs, would be too overpowered.
Let me know what you guys think about this. If you think something will be broken, you don't need to provide a solution, just bringing it up with a reason is enough.
