some requests for taric's visual update

One thing that has always bothered me about some of skins is that the lack a cloak. take a look at Armour of the fifth age ( aka pink ) or Bloodstone ( yeh ive never seen anyone use it either, clearly lacks swag). Riot could you please include cloaks on their new models please they look odd without them.

Another request could you also keep his famous legwarmers which he wears on armour of the fifth age.
