So project zed is better but yi is more expensive?

Better is subjective. Zed seems to be more of a recoloring than anything. Yi has totally diferent character model and weapons, plus his ult is more sparklie than Zed's.

Probably due to the new voice acting. Not to mention new animations as well as the skin being entirely different (okay, just very different).

PROJECT: Zed is a new skin, PROJECT: Yi is a legendary skin, simple as that.
