A game mode suggestion

First I want to say, i don't know where to post this because it falls under both gameplay, concepts, general, and even player behavior. Why isn't there a suggestion board? Anyway....

I think the biggest solution to solving the whole inters, soft inters, new players who do poorly, trolls, rage quit afkers, disconnectors is for riot to have a gamemode that is a 1v1 mode. Now before everyone comes at me saying this is a team based game if you don't like team games don't play league, just hear me out.

So why is it that everyone gets mad when they get a feeder, inter, troll, afker on their team? Because it's a team game and they affect how hard or easy your game will be. If league had an extra game mode where you can 1v1 and even do ranked 1v1, it would be a good option where you can still play league because you think league is a fun game but since it's 1v1, you can't really blame other teammates except yourself and your own skill or lack of it.

Of course you will still have those people complaining saying the other guy won cuz they picked someone op or someone who countered their champ, but i mean that can never be eliminated because people tend to want to blame other things to save face. But at least a person has the option to play a game mode where it isn't very team dependent and can spice up league of legends.
