Pyke's survivability

Do you think it's fun to face a champ where you can poke him all day and he gives no care about it? How you beat him to below 30 percent of his health but he can dash out and leave a stun trail behind him, and can go stealth and move faster during stealth so escaping is pretty easy and forces enemy to use their summoner to follow up. Do you think it's fun that once you beat him below 30 percent, he will regen a ton of health from his grey health back not even counting his health regen and potions on top of that? Keep in mind I have not even talked about his crowd control and damage, just purely talking about his survivability.
