Passive Ability [Save the Maiden!"]: Once every 90 / 70 / 50 seconds Elric can rightclick an ally within 1000 range in order to jump to his or her location. Updated/Feedback appreciated (According to Foodtanks suggestion) If his target has less than 40% of his/her total health 50% of the damage received during the next 3.5 seconds are redirected to Elric instead.

Q ["Hero Combo] Range: 250, Instant, Mana: 10; Cooldown 3s (reduced by attackspeed, up to 66%); Applies on-hit-effects to the first target hit. (Combo timeframe: 6s) 1st activation (Stab): Deals 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 bonus damage and applies a 3 second bleeding equal to 50% of his bonus AD. 2nd activation(Slash): Deals 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 bonus damage and deals 4/6/8/10/12 % of targets current health as bonus damage 3rd activation (Charge!): Dashes 400 units dealing Deals 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 to all units he pases through and stuns them for 0.75s.

W ["Gather your party"] Range: 250; Cooldown 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 Summon a caster minion equal to lane-level which is immune to magic damage and follows you. If an opponent kills this unit he gains 5 gold. Elric can summon up to 1 / 2 / 3 minions. If one of these minion dies Elric gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 % increased attackspeed for 2 seconds.

E ["Shield Throw"] (Upon putting 1 point in this ability Elric equips a shield) Passive: Erlic gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 bonus armor and takes 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 less damage dealt by (jungle) monsters.

Active: 700 Range; 1500 Velocity; Mana: 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75; Cooldown: 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 Elric Throws his shield dealing 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 damage. If "Shield Throws" hits a champion that champion gets stunned for 0.75s. During this time Elric can reactivate the ability to dash to and auto attack his target. Dashing doubles the cooldown of this ability. While the shield is gone the passive is deactivated.

(Note: His shield has an iron chain on it which allows him to pull it back. Drag-velocity: 500)

EDIT: There has been a suggestion that instead of Dragon / Nashor dropping loot (see: ultimate) big creatures in general could droop special loot similiar to the upcomming Gangplank rework("Silver Serpants") in order to upgrade Elric's "party" and make the minions slightly stronger (Similiat to the upcomming Blackmarket Mode). I would like to hear your thoughts on this. /END_EDIT

R ["Endboss!"] Passive: If your team kills the Dragon or Baron Nashhor after 3.5 seconds it will drop a random unupgraded item of 450 or less gold value. It can be picked up by members of either team. This item can only be sold for 1/5th of its orginal cost.

Active: Range 450; Mana: 100; Cooldown 150 / 120 / 90 Elric and his target become untargetable for 2.5 seconds and are suppressed. During this period the will attack each other, dealing 20% of the higher value of their AD or AP per 0.5 seconds. These attacks can not crit. Elric's attacks apply on-hit effects while those of his target don't. Elric receives 50 / 65 / 80 % reduced damage and deals 15 / 30 / 45 bonus damage on hit. If Elric dies during "Endboss!" his respawn timer is reduced by 50%, if he kills his for during "Endboss!" he receives tripple the experience for champion kills.

**Comment: ** A Tome can be a huge tempo swing if your midlaner can pick it up, but it might also be your opponent who picks it up... Or maybe the drop is just a healpot? Who knows. (RPG players know that RNG! :P )

Base values: (To be determined. Similiar to master Yi I'ld say)

Lore: What does a hero do after the last Boss is slain? Does he get the princess? Is there a happy ever after? Well, all this would be nice. In reality however the hero has to keep working to get the bread on his table. Citizens are just so grateful after you slew the dragon who threatened their village.... Maybe you get a meal or two - after that you (better) get lost. The hero becomes a nuisance.

Elric used to be an adventurer, he slew dragons, destroyed demons, got rid off thieves and caught bad guys. Once he was the famous hero who saved Demacia famous, now he is forgotten. His party splitt ways (his bowwoman got the cute mage-girl...) and all is left is him. Alone, lonely, now more of a mercenary than a hero.

Ready to challange his fate Elric decided that it's time to act, time to join the League of Legends and prove his worth yet again. Maybe, just maybe, who would not be forgotten this time...

Role: Elric is mainly a jungler, but also a pontial top or midlaner. His magic immune caster minion summoned by "Gather your party!" can apply pressure against mages. However, due to his solid DPS and reduced monster damage jungling is a more fitting role.

During ganks Elric can use his passive "Save the maiden" and his "Shield Throw!"-ability in order to cross a great distance. He doesn't burst for high damage but can deliver constant DPS by chaining auto attacks and his Q.

His ultimate has to be used carefully since it can easily save his opponent from an otherwise lethal blow, but it can block an enemy out of the fight for quite a while. It's unique in its mechanics since (all visuals aside) also damages himself based on his opponents damage. It's a risky move which scales with on hit items rather than AD or AP but is forgiving due to its huge downside.

The passive of his ultimate adds an interesting component to the game by prolonging dragon / baron fights for a potential gold lead. The item itself isn't worth much when selling but can give an a ally a huge boost (maybe it's even worth a teleport?) At the same time it can also be grabbed by your opponent, so take care!

Overall, Elric's kit is focussed on representing the old-0815 RPG hero (hit-combos, gather a party of more or less useful henchman, charge at your opponent, have a bossfight and loot!)

I like Your champion concept, but my real question is how they would incorporate his ultimate passive into the game. The passive, dropping an item, has never been attempted in any MOBA, to my knowledge, and I am wondering how it would be coded. Although the active on his ult would be interesting, taking an enemy out of battle for 2.5 seconds is pretty nice. I like his W always hiding behind a minion wall. XD Good luck getting him out there.

In general, I think this champ has some really cool mechanics. The idea of jumping to an ally to combo into the shield toss and q combo sounds like a lot of fun. A couple of thoughts:

  1. That passive needs tweaking, either in its cooldown or by offering something more upon arrival, like a small shield (think Lee Sin W or Braum E).

  2. The W is interesting in concept, but I don't see how it meshes with the rest of his kit. Not sure how I'd change it, but it feels more like a throwaway skill just for the sake of feeling like a hero with a party.

  3. The R passive seems like the type of thing that would offer a power swing way too suddenly and without much time for recourse. Maybe tweak it to be something that you can interact with but not pick up? Like a gate back to base or something? I also think offering something that reduces death timers is a little too much. Late game that kind of thing would be absolutely ridiculous.

I do think it's a cool champ concept, but It doesn't feel like a coherent kit.
