(Champion Concept) Mormoa, The Little Vampire Girl that Reav3 Wants so badly.

Cute Vampire Girl with a Scythe

Inspiration: Reav3, i did it(i'm making the artwork it's just gonna take me a bit, so i'm putting a place holder.)

Role: Juggernaut, Fighter.

Weapon: There are several types of scythe's throughout history, Kayn's is most likely based on the more Anime and absurdly large scythes, Thresh uses a Sickle and Chain, so for Momoa i thought she could use something a bit scarier.

During the "Black Death"(Bubonic Plague) in Europe, people reported seeing black cloaked figures carrying Farming Scythe's that had 4-10 orbs attatched to it, from those orbs it is said that the Black Death spread. This is where the Grim Reaper as WE know it today first got it's start so i'm gonna start from there.

Design: Mormoa is a small girl with pale skin, blood red hair and Crimson eye's. She wear's a black coat decorated with the blood of her prey that she's slain over the many year's she's lived in Runeterra, her clothing consists of a Skirt that she made herself with a top that has no straps or sleaves, she wear's basic clothing because she isn't good at making clothes but refuses to wear clothing that was made by things she see's as only Prey.

Personality: Mormoa isn't completely Evil, she simply see's all human's as nothing but her food. She likes to have fun, but to her fun is full of extreme self Indulgence, Murder and Bloodshed. During the Rune War's millenia ago she fought against Ryze, the victor of the battle is unknown but she hates him to the very core of her being after being trapped by a World Rune in a child like state for thousands of year's. She doesn't really have a Large Scale goal in mind, her only wish it to feed on as many beings as possible, cause as much death and destruction as she can and unleash complete Pandemonium upon Runeterra. Unlike other vampire's, Mormoa's prefered way of Feeding is in huge Frenzies where she'll often kill hundreds of people before finally having her hunger Sated.

People she wants to feed on: All Human's, Yordle's and Vastayan's (she respects some, but would still feed on them regardless.)

Passive: Vampiric Desire

Mormoa can take the blood of her enemies by dealing damage to them with her Abilities.

Desire: Upon reaching 4 stacks Mormoa becomes consumed by her Desire, she drinks all of the blood she's collected at once, healing herself for a percentage of her Missing Health over a short period of time. Her first ability used during this time will deal bonus Magic Damage equal to a percentage of the target's maximum health.

After Mormoa has consumed her fill she cannot gain anymore blood from her victim for a certain ammount of time.

Q: Vampiric Agility

Mormoa throws her scythe a short distance away, slightly damaging all enemies her scythe passes through, she then leaps on top of her scythe(sits on the hilt). Mormoa can recast this ability to leap off of her scythe at a nearby enemy, bringing her scythe with her. Upon making contact with her enemy she Bites them, dealing Magic Damage and appearing behind them.

Desire: If Mormoa uses this ability while afflicted with Desire, her second cast of this ability will cause her to leap much further.

First Cast Range: 600 Second Cast: 600 Desire Second Cast: 800

W: Creeping Death

Toggle Ability

Mormoa releases a thick Miasma of Hemophlagic Fog from her body that extends to just past her auto attack range. This fog deals DOT to anyone standing within it, if someone drops bellow a certain percentage of HP while enveloped in Creeping Death, they become feared for a breif moment.

Normal Range: 200

While Mormoa is under the effect of Vampiric Desire's 4th stack, the range of this ability increases by 4 times

Desire Range: 800

Note:(Each toggle of this ability counts for her Passive, not each Tick of Damage.)

E: Tilling the Feild's

Mormoa takes her scythe, cocks it back then swings in a large arc from one side of her body to the other, dealing magic damage to everything her scythe passes through, the range of this ability is shorter on her sides.

R: Pandemonium

Range: 700

Mormoa takes her scythe and channels for a breif period of time, consuming all of her Orbs at once, healing herself for a percentage of her Missing Health for each Orb consumed and activate's Desire. She then swings her Scythe in a gigantic circle around her, becoming unstoppable and dealing massive Magic damage to all enemies she hit's.

Note's: Why is she a Juggernaut? Simple, a Vampire of Mormoa's age(technically age, she's been in Stasis since the Rune War's) would have extremely high Strength, Durability and Control over her Power's. Unlike Vlad she has her abilities from the origin of them and had been training to do them since she was born, making her more powerful in terms of using her Blood Controling abilities in a way that makes her more of a Juggernaut and less of a Mage. Though, as a consequence of her age when learning this ability, she doesn't know of many of it's applications and mainly uses it too keep herself Young and Alive(similar to a certain Ancient Queen who would bathe in the blood of Virgin women to keep herself young.). Plus i think it's funny to have a little girl who can go Toe to Toe with men like Darius and kick their ass.

A juggernaut needs to have and Effective Range, though unlike other Juggernaut's she doesn't have the tank stat's to warrant her having 0 mobility, since she's also supposed to be a fighter and some Juggernaut's like Darius, Illaoi and Urgot have small dashes or forms of CC to help them catch their enemies, because of her low tank stats(similar to Urgot) i chose to give her a Dash instead of a a Harsh CC ability(her fear doesn't last that long) this way she feels good to play and hopefully because of how Squishy she is without her Tanky items(ROA most likely) she doesn't feel absurdly broken because of her Passive(which most juggernauts have some sort of healing.)
