I've been trying to find a secondary lane for a while...

I've been a jungle main since the days of old. That will never change. I have a strange obsession with the Jungle role and how it can completely carry a game. On top of that, I hate farming lanes. I'm very impatient and hate waiting for the minions to get low enough to last hit.

Lately though, Autofill has been "ruining" my games by making me branch out. I had a good stint as an ADC for a while when Draven was strong (ADHD Actions Per Minute on Draven OP) but again I dislike farming. So then I settled for support, and had some incredible games as Thresh that honestly made me question why people hated the role so much. Then the ardent censer meta came along and adcs were rude if you didnt pick sona, raka, or janna, so I stopped doing that as well. I tried Gnar for a bit... Then Lux mid. I was never UNSUCCESSFUL, I just never really felt in control of the game like I did as jungler.

Today, after a few weeks of deciding, I've narrowed it down to Mid and support... And picked mid. The new champion looks fun. I enjoy morgana, lux, and zed and feel pretty decent at them. So now the hard part. Im going to take one of the most difficult champions to farm with in my opinion (Leblanc) into the practice tool, and learn to farm.

Do you think this is an acceptable way to learn? Or should I just start trying to learn in real games?

take a support champ with no damage runes and practice last hitting.
