Sandstorm and bilgewater Katarina can be easily considered as NOT alternative lore... as both could be part of her gear on missions she was you know... Assassin and stuff... ect ect...
Isn't every skin an alternate lore skin? Or are you searching for what if X was part of faction Y?
The Program/PROJECT/Mecha/Battlecast/Creator Viktor skins are all an alternate timeline effectively discovered by Pulsefire Ezreal in which Viktor's Glorious Evolution has taken hold of the world. This has been set in stone by the revelation of the Battlecast creatures in the splash arts of the other skin lines, as well as the intermingling quotes about the other lines from those such as Program Camille and Mecha Zero Sion.
I vote for Frejlord Varus! Honestly, I apparently just want to see him either blue... or blond with blue eyes, apparently.
Or, like, Janna where, instead of becoming the goddess of the disenfranchised and downtrodden, she became a holy terror, feeding off of fear instead of the prayers for help (or whatever it is that kept her from disappearing).
