I really love this skin concept because it gave me this idea that Thresh's soul invades human bodies, in which the body eventually dies away, thus creating his skeletal form. This allows him to be immortal... but, what if the body had not yet decomposed?

Very cool idea for a skin, but you went at it the wrong way. Thresh according to his lore is thought to be "a sadistic jailer from centuries past who took great delight in torturing his wards." With this in mind you could easily make "human" Thresh, aka Thresh a long long time ago. Instead of the kusarigama he has now, he could just have chains used to whip. His lantern could become a "real" jailers lantern. His Ult would be prison bars held together by chains! Very cool idea!
