Why cant we log out of 1 account and log into another without having to close and reopen the client?

I never knew you could not do this because I've always just had 1 account. I decided to make a new account just to see what the new player experience is right now. ( So far not good lol.......i seen 1 person get threatened to be reported for going bot to support the ADC. The ADC raged them and said "fool im ADC gtfo) lol i guess they thought ADC meant sa solo role? But thats off topic right now.

So i go to change accounts and thats when i see you cant just log out and login to a different one. Why? The game has been around so long why hasnt this been implemented?

Riot does not want to explicitly encourage smurfs, and that is what this feature would almost solely benefit.

I never said it was a smurf. My 1st account is only Bronze....not much smurfing I can do. Also not all people who have more than 1 account are smurfing. i know people with 2 accounts in Diamond.

But as far as what it will benefit is saving a little time. i dont know about other people but for me when i close my client it takes about 2 minutes to re open it. Now thats not a lot of time but compared to other games where i can just simply log out and login within just a couple seconds, 2 min is a lot compared to them.

Smurfing does not explicitly imply you play it at a lower rank then your main account. It's just another account you own and play on.

i did not know that........everytime i see someoen say they are smurfing its usually someone claiming to be a high elo. But then they feed and i think....hmm ok lol.
