New Champion: Weapon Meastro

Basically, a champion who is proficient at all forms of swords, knives, etc. Would make him an ADC since he'll use mainly ranged weapons. I imagine him looking like some hybrid between a samurai and a ninja, while being pimped out with weapons strapped to em from every place he can put em. Bear with me, this might sound crazy, but when you think about how a really skilled player can make the most out of this champion you can tell it'll be cool af.

Passive: Weapon Chain: When attacking an enemy champion with a different weapon than the last it will deal 5% more damage. The buff will continue to stack until 3 seconds have passed in which a champion was not hit by a different weapon. (It doesn't matter if you hit 2 separate champions, the buff will remain unless it's been 3 seconds. Your Q W E and R all count as stacks.

Q: Knife Throw: Your auto attacks throw 3 knives at opponents in quick succession dealing 50% of your AA damage each. After throwing the knives you must wait a moment as you gather more. If your opponent leaves your auto attack range after throwing, say 2 knives, the last one won't be thrown and you'll just reload. Attack speed increases the speed of the reload. Leveling the skill decreases the window between each thrown knife. Knives can critically strike.

W: Gauntlets: Block with your gauntlets and become unable to use your other skills, but deflect melee damage back onto opponents. Your weapon chain passive is paused for the duration of the ability, so in case no one hits you, you don't just lose the chain just for that. But if you do deflect someone it counts as a stack of course. Lasts 1/01.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. CD: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds.

E: Quick Strike: Take out your sword and slash forward dealing damage to enemies you slice through, or dash backwards, slashing the air sending a wave of wind in front of you, but dealing half the damage of the forward slash. Range: 600 forward, 450 back CD: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds.

R: Windmill Shuriken: Throw huge Windmill Shuriken at opponents dealing massive damage. They collide with the first champion hit. You get 3 shuriken to throw, and as the skill levels that number rise to 4 then 5. Reactivate the skill within the 10 second time frame to throw the remaining shuriken. There is a one second CD between throws, and after the 10 second window, the ability goes on CD. Windmill Shuriken can critically strike.

Range: 1000. CD 120/100/80 seconds. Windmill Shuriken Count: 3/4/5

I don't know what the numbers should be exactly, but you should see what I mean by skilled players getting the most out of him. If you can properly chain your weapons you can make the most out of the weapon chain passive. His ultimate can be used in tandem with his AA's for an easy 10 stacks of his passive (At max level), but the best players can squeeze in his E and W to keep the chain going even more. CDR would be important on him, so item 3508 would be core. And since his ult can crit and attack speed increases the reload speed on his knives, a crit build would be ideal for him as well. I'd love to see a champion with a chain niche that could probably do some disgusting damage in the right hands.

how would his story be different from jax besides having an unrealistic amount of weapons on him

Passive:

This mentions attacking with different weapons to deal bonus damage, but it doesn't mention any different weapons. Are you referring to abilities, rather than auto attacks? If so, the passive seems somewhat pointless, as abilities have cooldowns anyway, so you'll be hitting enemies with different abilities without taking any thought of it. I think though, that what you intended was to have him randomly throw different weapons while he attacks? Kind of cool, but things based on random chance can be frustrating to play with, and against.

Q:

Is this an active? It doesn't mesh well with your passive, because it dictates that he will throw only one kind of weapon. Also, I wouldn't cancel the third throw if an enemy steps out of range, because that makes the ability do damage equal to his normal autos, or less (since one knife deals 50% of normal damage). It would never feel good for the player to activate an ability and receive a debuff. If this is an active, how long does it last? It seems basically the same as Ashe's rapid fire ability.

W:

Kind of cool ability, but it should definitely only work on auto attacks, and he could be able to move during the duration. The weapon chain shouldn't pause during the duration if he receives stacks when he deflects.

E:

Honestly, I don't understand what this ability is saying. What does the wave in front of you do, and is that in "front" of you, as in the opposite direction of the "backward slash", or is it in the direction of the backward slash. Seems like it will probably be OK if you fix the wording.

R:

This needs numbers to be critiqued. Sounds like Irelia's R, but you say it deals "massive damage" which makes me worried. If balanced properly, I don't see any problem with the mechanic.
