Victorious Skins

Let me frame it this way:

If you're gold For that season And the champ the skin goes to is a champ that you play And you continue to play the game year after year

Then it isn't a waste. I've never cared about the Vic. skins until they gave one to Maokai which is my main and is really the only Vic. skin I'd really ever want. So i'm looking at this from two angles.

1. I really think I should have some way to gain access to it, even if it's hard. Hextech, getting gold some other season, making the IP price ridiculously high, mandating a mastery on a champ to be 500k (or whatever a high bar is).

Hell. Make it all of the above. But saying this skin is only available for Time Period X - I think - is a waste. Especially when you consider:

2. This is time they could have spent making other skins that are more readily accessible. If the conventional wisdom is correct that 50% of the player base is in Bronze than that only makes my list above that much more ridiculous.
