This is just another random idea, but it's for an item. I would imagine this item as a support item as it contributes to the damage your team can deal I have no clue what this item would build out of or what it would even look like. Just know it is an idea.

Hyperbooster Staff +45 Ability Power +10% cooldown reduction active: empower an ally's next auto attack or skill against a champion to deal 100% more damage. cooldown:180

double damage 4th bullet Jhin would probably be a bit on the op side with this. Not to mention the plethora of champions with an execute based ultimate. Ezreal Jinx Pyke Ect.

On the whole any type of item that buffs/debuffs damage by a large margin (%) is not very healthy for overall game play. Hence why they removed death fire grasp.

There are 2 things I'd like to say about this item:

  1. The name is horrible. XD
  2. The active ability is super op, like Zerdun said.

That aside, I think the idea of an item that gives a targeted ally a buff that isn't just attack speed or movement speed is always tempting.

I suggest the following change to the active:

Active: Nearby allies will gain Overcharge for 1.5s. Cooldown: 60s Range: 350u

Overcharge: Deal 20% increased damage.

It improves your previous active in the following ways:

  • It can be countered, as it requieres the team to group quite tight to make full use of it.
  • It doesn't make certain burst skills damage skyrocket
  • It benefits both burst champions and consistent DPS champions
