I made a post on the concept board for the following: Pool Party Jarvan IV. Extencding Lance is either a pool noodle or a pool umbrella. His armor would include water wings and flippers. And his ult would create a pool. I seriously hope someone makes it a thing.

Only if Vel'Koz has a pool noodle on each tentacle, because he doesn't know how to swim. And a pair of goggles poorly fitting over his eye, which is red from the chlorine from lack of protection.
