Lee Sin needs a hotfix

Without Trackers Knife Lee's mobility is kind of gutted, give him a passive which interacts with Warding Totem (Yellow trinket).

I don't really care if that means I'll see him more in 8.4 pro play, I believe any patch where Lee Sin is meta is highly entertaining. Flashback to seeing Peanut have to play Maokai at Worlds 2017

I am actually really happy about that change. He was always supposed to be a diver, but these interactions didn't really make him unable to escape, he had the mobility of an Assassin.

And buffing him with additional vision doesn't make sense for me, he is not a support jungler. Yes, he needs buffs, but not in that particular way in my opinion.

Trackers Knife was removed because it made pro play boring to watch, with vision everywhere no player was really ever at risk. This is something that is contributing to very long games at the pro level. The patch notes say:

"Tracker's Knife is almost mandatory in professional play, giving professional teams enough vision to avoid most early-game danger. Bringing it in line would kill it in most games, so for now we're simply removing it."

So it was removed, fine.

However in SoloQ, the only champion it's really essential on is Lee Sin because he needs to be able to place wards relatively often so that he can Safeguard (W) to them to make plays and be more relevant. This means that not having Trackers Knife really guts his ability to perform in the game. The change I suggest corrects him in SoloQ and in pro play, as Lee Sin would always buy Trackers Knife and have wards by nature of the champion and build path.

I'd suggest something like x=60 k=3 or a bonus 1 when he backs pre 6, 2 at 6, 3 at 11 and 4 at 16
